        "text": "My mother bought a pair if hearing aids from this location and the experience was terrific.  She didn't have to wait long for an appointment, the staff was knowledgeable and caring.  She had a problem about 3 days later and 5 minutes later we were at the office and the problem was solved.  Try this place, you won't regret it. Very friendly!",

        "text": "My appointment was very informative and the guy doing the testing was kind and knowledgeable. I did a week trial.on the hearing aids  while I attended crowded areas etc and what I found for my particular case was that I'd have to turn them down too low as to not hear my own breathing and my voice on default was to mechanical sounding to myself......in short, I chose to not purchase. Maybe when my hearing loss is more profound I will appreciate them more.",
