Hearing Instrument Specialist
Eric Sivanish graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education. Soon after, Eric returned to college to pursue a degree in Hearing Instrument Science, which he received in 2010. He chose to change professions to better provide for his family. Eric and his family moved from Spokane Washington to the beautiful Flathead Valley to work with Rocky Mountain Hearing Aid. In 2022, Eric and his family relocated to Helena Montana to be near his family. He enjoys playing a crucial role for those on the journey to better hearing and advocating for all who struggle with untreated hearing loss.
Melissa Greenwood
Audio Technician
Melissa Greenwood (Missy) is an Audio Technician. Born and raised in Great Falls MT.
Missy started working at The Hearing Aid Institute in Great Falls in 2007 and was drawn to the profession due to the service it provided and how important it is in so many people’s lives.
What Missy loves most about saving hearing lives is the service we give to the hearing impaired and the difference it makes in their lives and the lives of their loved ones. From experience my father and my husband both have hearing loss, and our hearing devices and service enhanced their lives immensely. Our patients get more involved with their surroundings and activities of daily life when they are not struggling to hear. Missy strives to make every visit with each patient or prospect that comes through our door, receives the best service possible.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Missy loves spending time with her husband Richie and our kids, our 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Hi I’m Autumn, Even though I wasn’t born here I consider myself Montanan. I was raised in Great Falls basically my whole life. I joined the Hearing Aid Institute family in January of 2015. I fully enjoy my job. I love working with and helping such amazing patients. In my spare time I love spending time with my wonderful husband and my two beautiful Children. Together we enjoy camping, fishing and hunting, basically anything outdoors.
