Hi I’m Melissa, but you can call me Missy. I am a native Montanan, proudly born and raised in Great Falls. I’ve worked with the geriatric community in some capacity since 1987. In 2007 I was offered the amazing opportunity to work for Hearing Aid Institute. Knowing from my experience how hearing aids improve people’s lives, I jumped at the chance to work in this industry. I did leave for a couple of years but now I’m back, and I am tremendously excited, eager and committed to saving hearing lives. I love the fact that we are restoring quality of life to our clients through our NuEar instruments, products and most importantly our service. In my off time, I am very fortunate to share my life with my best friend and awesome hubby Richie and our blended family of 4 wonderful kids and 9 phenomenal grandchildren that keep us very busy! And we love every minute of it!

Hi I’m Autumn, Even though I wasn’t born here I consider myself Montanan. I was raised in Great Falls basically my whole life. I joined the Hearing Aid Institute family in January of 2015. I fully enjoy my job. I love working with and helping such amazing patients. In my spare time I love spending time with my wonderful husband and my two beautiful Children. Together we enjoy camping, fishing and hunting, basically anything outdoors.
