Hi! I’m Sandy! I have dedicated 30 years to providing hearing health care to our patients at Hearing Aid Institute. I was honored to become our Regional Manager for the State of Montana in 2012. I work mostly out of our Great Falls office and the Hi-line. I have had the privilege of going with the Starkey Foundation on one of its missions to Mexico. It is a life changing event and wish everyone could experience it for themselves. I have raised two beautiful daughters; the oldest is now working with us which makes 3 generations; the youngest is in college. I have a wonderful husband and 2 step daughters. I am involved in Awana and piano playing for church and have been a 4-H leader in my community for over 15 years. I look forward to helping you “Hear the Beauty of Life”!

I love spending time with my wife and three children. I have two boys and a girl, and I married the most amazing woman in the world. My wife and I have been married since 2010, and we’ve enjoyed every minute. I have a special interest in the hearing health industry. My grandfather lived with us for many years when I was younger. He had a severe hearing loss and no one ever helped him to hear better; it broke my heart to watch him miss everything in our lives. Consequently, I have an insatiable desire to give life back to those with hearing loss.
I am a Nationally Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist as well as a graduate from Brigham Young University. I operate solely with the needs and concerns of each patient, and I maintain the highest professional standard of care. My experience and love for life provides me with a transcendent capacity for hearing health care.
Hi I’m Melissa, but you can call me Missy. I am a native Montanan, proudly born and raised in Great Falls. I’ve worked with the geriatric community in some capacity since 1987. In 2007 I was offered the amazing opportunity to work for Hearing Aid Institute. Knowing from my experience how hearing aids improve people’s lives, I jumped at the chance to work in this industry. I did leave for a couple of years but now I’m back, and I am tremendously excited, eager and committed to saving hearing lives. I love the fact that we are restoring quality of life to our clients through our NuEar instruments, products and most importantly our service. In my off time, I am very fortunate to share my life with my best friend and awesome hubby Richie and our blended family of 4 wonderful kids and 9 phenomenal grandchildren that keep us very busy! And we love every minute of it!

Hi I’m Autumn, Even though I wasn’t born here I consider myself Montanan. I was raised in Great Falls basically my whole life. I joined the Hearing Aid Institute family in January of 2015. I fully enjoy my job. I love working with and helping such amazing patients. In my spare time I love spending time with my wonderful husband and my two beautiful Children. Together we enjoy camping, fishing and hunting, basically anything outdoors.
